The Brass Rail has operated inside Selfridges since 1966, serving hand-carved hot salt beef from Irish grass-fed brisket cured in brine, on a choice of bagel, rye, or challah, priced at £8.95–12.25. A Reuben sandwich and a salt beef hash are also available alongside the classic bagel.
