A worker-owned cooperative that grew out of the legendary Cheese Board Collective in Berkeley. Arizmendi’s sourdough is rustic, affordable, and incredibly popular with locals. Their "Sourdough Pizza" is a must-try, using the tang of the dough to perfectly complement fresh, seasonal toppings.
