Originally a legend from the city of Pyeongtaek, their Seoul branches maintain the signature smoky, meat-heavy Jjamppong broth. Unlike seafood-only versions, Yeongbin-ru uses plenty of shredded pork, giving the soup a richer, heartier mouthfeel.
