Established in 1948, this is Korea's oldest registered Chinese restaurant. While their Jajangmyeon is a classic, they are most famous for inventing **Gul-jjamppong** (oyster spicy noodles). The broth is exceptionally deep and savory, filled with fresh, plump oysters.
