Located in the historic slaughterhouse district of La Villette, this restaurant has been a meat-lover's destination since 1919. It is one of the last places in Paris where you can still find *pommes soufflées*—delicate, air-filled potato puffs that are incredibly difficult to make correctly. The steaks are massive and traditionally butchered.
